Beautiful pics of Tamara Day and Sarah Stiles feet & legs
My child played around inside a playpen, while I sat for 12 hours in sanding floors and removing wallpaper. Ha! All was starting to come together but there was still a long way to go. To complete this task I was ready to shell out a substantial amount of time and money shopping for my dream home. For my budget to remain in good shape, I went out with three of my boys to look for bargains in estate sales. The schedule we had for the week that included spending the week of Thursday to Saturday scouring estate sales and garage sales buying old and new items. The rest of the week sanding and painting the driveway. It was a bit like the picture below... This is the time my love of restoration of furniture started. Although our house was equipped, I couldn't put down. There was a market in the area for me to sell pieces. Then, my collection got enough that the area I had was inadequate. I held open houses at my house where 1 000 people could visit over a weekend, and visitors could buy anything from the first floor. That's how my company Growing Days was born. Alongside my flourishing company, I also started our family. It was a balance between starting a new business as well as being a mom. Growing Days just fit. The year was 2013, and my lovely daughter Nora joined our 4th baby. While I was pleased with the direction my business was taking, I realized that I needed to take an occasional break. I decided to put off working on my antique furniture for a while and spend time with my children. It was exactly the thing I needed. The phone rang again after a while. Numerous people reached me to ask for advice regarding home improvements and decor. The majority of them had attended my house during the open houses for furniture. In the course of my work I began adding clients one by one. However, it didn't take long before I managed multiple clients and ran a successful home remodeling business. Most likely, I'd have laughed had somebody had informed me that my company was to become part of a forthcoming tv program on DIY Network. It's true that I amused when I think of the idea.
